I bought a Serratelli cowboy hat from their Mesa location (now closed) in 2012. It needed reshaping, so I gave Saba's a call when they opened today. They said they could knock it out, and to give them a 30-minute warning so they could get the iron hot. I arrived a few hours later and a young lady that has worked there for a little over a year offered to clean it and reshape it. I took her up on the offer and shopped around the store while I waited. In short order, she got it shaped and cleaned up like new! I was sad to learn that this Chandler location was the first, and now the last, Saba's. I'll keep patronizing them as long as they are around! Thanks again!! ~ Z A

We frequently drop by to grab a pair of boots for the missus. Never thought to inquire about the hats. Found out they even do custom crafted hats! Vanessa spent time to help my lady decide the perfect hat, the burns, fabric, all down to the charms. Everything from how and where the hat would be worn was considered in the creation of this piece. We truly appreciate the time and dedication given to us. The price was fair and honestly about a third to half the price of those in Scottsdale at the same quality. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this place over any other. ~ Mike I

I have been in the store three times now and definitely will be going back, especially based on my experience today! I brought in a pair of boots that I did not purchase there and they were so willing and helpful to stretch them! No one tried to sell no one tried to talk me into getting anything else. They were just so amazing and helpful with exactly what I wanted! That makes me want to go back and actually buy things from a store! There are plenty of western stores around. However, the western store I turn to first in the Phoenix area is Saba’s. They are relaxed, down home, friendly, and have a good selection of the items I am often looking for. Their staff routinely helps me find what I am looking for. They are also the only store I know of locally who can clean, steam and reshape my felt cowboy hats. I have taken two in recently and I walked out with both looking like new. Saba’s is service minded and eager to build relationships with their customers. ~ Spiryt W

This place is great!! Love love love the atmosphere, smell( leather…mmmm. )and the staff!! They are very helpful and knowledgeable. Brought a hat in for a stretch and shape and Nancy was A- mazing!! Excellent service .. Friendly staff .. They didn't have the moccasins I wanted so they are special ordering for me. Beautiful Cowboy boots. Minitaka moccasins . Stetson hats have been a tradition in my family for generations. Saba’s collection had the perfect model. The staff was very helpful in verifying size and providing all my answers needed. My wife was not a fan of western wear but says I look fantastic and now wants to gift our grandkids with these great looking clothes. ~ Richard R

Great staff. Quality boots carry my favorite brand Tony Lamas. Not a cheap store for boots but you will get a pair that is great quality. The last of a true Western wear store. ~ Paul C
